This message was sent to students who are eligible to receive their Husky ID Card.
Dear student,
We encourage you to request your Husky ID card before the quarter begins. The process to request a card is online only and can be ordered after you are registered for classes. Click th button below to request your Husky ID card now!
To complete your request, we will need you to verify and submit the following:

Make sure your information is complete and correct, such as your name, student number, your email and your mailing address.

Upload a color photo of your official government issued ID (WA state ID, driver’s license or passport).
- A current photo of you

A front facing photo of your head (with a standard facial expression) preferably with a solid background
- No hats, masks or sunglasses
- Photos used to get your passport are ideal, but DO NOT USE the published image on your passport or driver’s license

Husky ID Card Access
To protect your welfare on campus, buildings and some parking lots have restricted access and you will need your Husky card to gain access to buildings on campus as well as for the permitted parking at the Court 17 lot when you begin classes this spring quarter.
Lost or Stolen IDs
If you lose your Husky ID Card, there is a fee of $25 that is charged to your tuition statement for a replacement card and requests for replacement cards may be made through the online ID portal as well.
