The Office of Events & Conference Services (ECS) will be operating according to the guidelines outlined under Winter Holiday Hours. Please note that the ECS office will be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026. December 25 (Christmas) and January 1 (New Year) are official state holidays, and no staff will be working on these dates. During this period, staff will be working remotely and available via email during regular business hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
