The Lucien Boardroom is a great meeting space in the historic GWP Building with large windows that overlook Pacific Avenue, the Thea Foss Waterway and Mount Rainier. It can be combined with the open GWP Terrace space across the hall for additional space.

Layouts:
The Lucien Boardroom is available in two layout options (boardroom and breakouts/workshop) to accommodate board meetings, workshops, small-group interaction and meals.
The boardroom layout is the default setup and is frequently used by most groups.
The breakouts/workshop layout requires additional setup services. Requesting to have the Boardoom tables set to the "breakouts" or "workshop" layout requires additional services from both Events & Conferences and Media Services to have the tables disconnected from the tethered video conferencing cameras. At least an hour of time before the room reservation is required to accommodate this setup adjustment. An hour of time after the reservation is required to have the room reset to its default boardroom layout.
