UW Tacoma Departments have the option to purchase single-day parking passes for individual visitors, small groups, and larger special events happening on campus. The cost for these passes will be billed to the Worktag that you provide when requesting your parking pass(es).
General and Reserved Visitor Parking for individuals and small groups
These parking passes allow your department to pay for parking for individual campus visitors and small groups. General passes allow visitors to park in any of the listed hourly parking lots without paying the hourly parking fees (subject to availability - campus parking lots can fill up during peak hours). Reserved passes provide guaranteed parking in a specific numbered stall.

Both General and Reserved parking passes can be requested using the Visitor Parking Pass webform. Please submit your order at least 3 business days in advance.
Special Event Parking
If you are planning a special event on campus, your request may need more consideration. Depending on when you are holding your event, you may need to look off-campus to meet your parking needs.
If you need 20+ parking passes for an event during peak parking demand (Monday thru Thursday during the academic quarter), we will not be able to accommodate you. Please reach out to Republic Parking System or another local parking vendor to inquire about availability in one of their nearby parking lots.
If your event requires fewer than 20 passes, or is outside of our peak parking demand, please submit your event information by clicking on the button below at least one month in advance of your event date.
Visitor and Special Event Parking may not be used by UW Tacoma students or employees. Use of expired, forged, or altered pass may result in a citation and immobilization or impoundment (WAC 478-116-321).
