Tacoma-based Franciscan Medical Group was chosen out of a number of strong local candidates to be the healthcare partner for the university. Medical staff will provide students with primary and preventive healthcare and treat students for sports injuries, minor illnesses, allergies, sexual and reproductive-related issues, women's health and other conditions related to general wellness. Referrals for specialty services or physicians in the community will also be available. Services will be available Monday through Friday on campus, at designated hours.
