More information about Spring 2020 early check out and options for current residents is available on our website

Governor Inslee’s “Stay at Home, Stay Healthy” order is not a lockdown and limits non-essential activities.   Promoting the health and safety of Court 17 residents is an essential activity as it relates to the prevention of COVID-19.      The move out process has been structured to allow for one resident to move out at a designated time (30-minute blocks) to help minimize contact and maintain the social distancing. We are doing all that we can to ensure that residents are leaving in an orderly manner and keeping their distances.
