To apply for on-campus housing, please complete our online application. By submitting the application, you are expressing interest in living in Court 17 Residence Hall as a member of the UW Tacoma Housing & Residence Life community.
Application Fee: Housing & Residence Life is currently requesting a $50 application fee for students who apply for Academic Year 2026 - 2027 housing. The housing application will be available starting April 15th, 2026.
Please note that the priority deadline is May 31, 2026. Applications submitted after May 31, 2026 will automatically be placed on our waitlist.
Need Assistance?
Only students who have accepted their admission to the University of Washington Tacoma AND have fully activated their UW NetID, including UW email can access the online application. After accepting your admission AND fully activating your NetID, please allow five (5) business days to pass before attempting to access Housing Portal.
