Students presenting a poster at SAMURS (either individually or in a group) will need to submit the following: FORM 1 (Title, Mentor Name, and Student Picture), FORM 2 (Abstract), and FORM 3 (Poster) by the corresponding due dates (see below).
Students Presenting Individually: Please submit FORM 1, FORM 2, and FORM 3 by the below due dates.
Students presenting in a Group: Each student in the group needs to submit FORM 1 by the below due date. For FORM 2 and FORM 3, students who are presenting a poster(s) as a group, need to identify one group member to be the Designated Author. Only the Designated Author will be submitting FORM 2 and FORM 3 by the below due date on behalf of the group.
Due Dates (by end of day):
- FORM 1: Wednesday 5/22/2024
- FORM 2: Tuesday 5/28/2024
- FORM 3: Monday 6/2/2024
Abstract Submission Deadline: 5/28/2024 by 11:59 p.m.
Abstract Length: 250 words
