SAM Instrument Reservation

For plotter printing request, please make sure to submit the request (in pdf) at least 3 to 5 business days in advanced. We cannot always accommodate last minute requests.

All posters should be in pdf and formatted correctly so that staff can print them without additional troubleshooting.
If the posters are for class presentations, the Classroom Size would be 34 inches wide by 29 inches tall, Landscape.
If the posters are for SAMURS, UW Undergraduate Symposium, or other conferences that students will be attending/presenting, the Research Size would be 42 inches wide x 34 inches tall, Landscape.
