2025 Summer SAMURS will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM in GWP Atrium and WCG Atrium. 

Students presenting a poster at SAMURS (either individually or in a group) must submit the following:

  • FORM 1 (Title, Mentor Name, and Student Picture) – opens on 7/28 at 9:00 AM
  • FORM 2 (Abstract) – opens on 8/04 at 9:00 AM
  • FORM 3 (Poster) – opens on 8/11 at 9:00 AM

Students Presenting Individually: Please submit FORM 1, FORM 2, and FORM 3 by the below due dates.

Students presenting in a Group: Each student in the group needs to submit FORM 1 by the below due date. For FORM 2 and FORM 3, students who are presenting a poster(s) as a group, need to identify one group member to be the Designated Author. Only the Designated Author will be submitting FORM 2 and FORM 3 by the below due date on behalf of the group.

 

Due Dates (by end of day):

  • FORM 1: Monday 08/04/2025
  • FORM 2: Monday 08/11/2025
  • FORM 3: Monday 08/18/2025

FORM 1: Upload Title, Faculty Mentor Name, & Your Picture
