The SIAS Cross-Campus Course Enrollment Request Form is intended for cross-campus registration only. This form should primarily be used by UW Seattle or UW Bothell students seeking to enroll in courses offered through the School of Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences at UW Tacoma. If you are a UW Tacoma student, please use the Course Enrollment Request Form through Slate.

Requests are processed in the order they are received and may take up to two (2) full business days to be processed. If additional documents or permissions are needed, the processing time may be extended. Requests are not processed over weekends. Requests submitted over weekends will be held to the requirements in place on the next business day.
