Any member of the campus community can request Services & Activities Fee (SAF) funding per the UW Tacoma SAF Committee (SAFC) Bylaws.

The SAFC reviews funding three times each year, in the Autumn and Spring for Special Allocations and annually during Autumn and Winter quarters for Annual Allocations. Dates for the 2025-2026 request processes are below. If additional time is needed past a deadline, proposers can contact the SAFC at safcuwt@uw.edu.

  • The 2025-2026 Autumn Special Allocation Proposal Window is now closed.
  • The 2025-2026 Annual Allocation Proposal Window is now open. Proposals are due on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Noon.
  • The 2025-2026 Spring Special Allocation Proposal Window is March 13, 2026 - April 17, 2026.
