New Follett Discover course material tool available Jan. 31
After the UW Tacoma Bookstore was rebranded in Autumn Quarter with our new partner, Follett, we are happy to report that we have fully integrated the technology that Follett brings, including course material selection and integration with Canvas. To learn more about the Follett Discover tool, you can view a short introductory video here: Follett Discover | The Faculty Experience
We will be holding two short training sessions to demonstrate the tool and answer questions for faculty as you prepare for Spring quarter integration. Those sessions will be:
- Tuesday, January 30 – 12:30-1:30 p.m. – Milgard 110
- Wednesday, January 31 – 12:30-1:30 p.m. – Philip Hall
This new tool is very intuitive and helpful for you and will be fully available at the end of January. It also creates access to materials that is more streamlined and affordable for our students. Faculty are encouraged to attend one of these two sessions.
