At the University of Washington, we value and honor diverse experiences and perspectives; strive to create welcoming and respectful learning, working and living environments; and promote access, opportunity and belonging.
In spring 2025, the UW administered our University-wide climate survey, “Your Voice, Your UW.” More than 11,000 students and employees responded to the survey, representing 9.8% of our community across all three campuses and UW Medicine. In late December, UW Institutional Assessment & Evaluation completed an analysis of response data and reported its findings. You can review the campus-level reports on the UW Campus Climate Survey website.
>We look forward to working with all of you as we continue to build better learning, working and living environments where all students and employees can achieve their full potential.
