The University of Washington Tacoma features modern, well-equipped instructional and collaboration spaces in historic downtown Tacoma. We provide a wide range of spaces to meet your needs. Most of our spaces are considered "smart" spaces and are equipped with technology necessary for video and data presentations. One-time $100 standard flat booking fee applied on top of all space rentals. For multiple day rentals (e.g. multi-day conferences): Booking fee for multiple days $25/day after initial $100.00. For long-term rentals, please contact ecsuwt@uw.edu.
Additional service rates for support service departments may apply based on event/conference needs: Custodial/Facilities, Media Services, Campus Security, etc. Additional service rates from the Office of Events & Conferences can be seen here.

Statement of neutrality
As a public university, it is the University of Washington Tacoma’s responsibility to provide open and inclusive environments for our entire community. There should be no implication that the UW in any way endorses the views of groups that lawfully pay to rent space on campus. No public funds are used to support non-UW events and all use of facilities is in accordance with state ethics laws and the Washington Administrative Code.
