The University of Washington Tacoma features modern, well-equipped instructional and collaboration spaces in historic downtown Tacoma. We provide a wide range of spaces to meet your needs. Most of our spaces are considered "smart" spaces and are equipped with technology necessary for video and data presentations. One-time $100 standard flat booking fee applied on top of all space rentals. For multiple day rentals (e.g. multi-day conferences): Booking fee for multiple days $25/day after initial $100.00. For long-term rentals, please contact ecsuwt@uw.edu.
Additional service rates for support service departments may apply based on event/conference needs: Custodial/Facilities, Media Services, Campus Security, etc.
