The Milgard School of Business in collaboration with the Office of Equity and Inclusion is proud to establish 10 inaugural Inclusive Excellence Student Scholarships. The University of Washington, Tacoma proudly celebrates the diversity of its student body and realizing that not everyone has equal access to funding and resources, we are committed to level the playing field, such that all our students feel equipped to explore and act on their career goals and contribute their unique talents towards creating positive change in the world.
The scholarship will offer a one-time $1,000 award each for ten (10) qualifying applicants in each academic year.
These funds can be used to offset tuition, books, and other school-related expenses.
Any sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program (12 credits per quarter) at the University of Washington Tacoma is eligible to apply.
Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale)
Students already receiving other sources of financial aid may apply.
