Finance generates school, unit and summary budget reporting for UW Tacoma monthly. This reporting aims to assist budget managers and their supervisors in better understanding fiscal year resource utilization. The summary information provided by MyFD is presented as biennial. Finance began producing this format of reporting in early 2019 at the Chancellor's request. Reports are delivered after the close of each fiscal month and are generally available by the 15th day of the following month. Reports are accessed using authenticated OneDrive links.
To report a non-functional link or request changes to access for your unit, please have the budget authority email the Finance help desk.

To review who has access to a file location:
Click the appropriate unit link.
Once redirected and logged into OneDrive, hover over the folder/file until the vertical three dots appear near the end of the folder/file name.
Click the vertical three dots "Show actions" and click "Details".
A panel should appear on the right side of the window with more details about the folder/file.
Under “Has Access”, select “Manage access” and scroll to review who can access this folder/file.
