Course Enrollment Request

Enrollment Requests for Winter 2026 will be accepted from October 29th to January 23rd. You may submit a request up to 24 hours before your assigned registration date begins. You must log in to this page using your UW username and password to access the Enrollment Request Form.

Enrollment requests are no longer being accepted for Autumn 2025 registration. For late Autumn 2025 registration please submit a completed Registration Transaction Form to iashelp@uw.edu.

Requests are processed in the order they are received and may take up to two (2) full business days to be processed. If additional documents or permissions are needed, the processing time may be extended.
