Please carefully read the UW Tacoma School of Education’s grade appeal policy and instructions before submitting any appeal through our online process

Please include brief statement describing how the grade was: made in error, arbitrary, and or capricious. Please include the date of initial consultation with the instructor

All supporting documents should be clearly labeled as Appendix 1, Appendix 2, Appendix 3, etc. and directly connected to your appeal (see examples below highlighted in yellow).

Examples of supporting documents include:

course syllabus, assignment handouts, Canvas grades, and rubrics/grading sheets.

Please supply any relevant documents that support the written statement.
