The Educational Administration program at the University of Washington Tacoma is focused on developing systems-focused school leaders who can transform historically inequitable structures and practices that contribute to disparate outcomes.
Program Information
Faculty in the Educational Administration Program at UW Tacoma represent a blend of experienced educators, district leaders, and scholars committed to equity-focused leadership. These professionals bring deep expertise from K–12 education, higher education, and community-based systems, modeling collaborative and student-centered instruction that prepares aspiring administrators to lead transformative change.
