We have extended our application deadline for our M.Ed. Teacher Certification Programs for summer 2020! Priority deadline to submit a complete application is May 15, 2020. We have also waived the 40 hours of documented experience requirement.  We offer the following M.Ed. Teacher Certification Programs:

  1. Elementary Education with English Language Learners (ELL)
  2. Elementary Education with Special Education
  3. Secondary Education in the Sciences or Mathematics

NES Content Test – Waived

Due to COVID-19 impacts, we are waiving passage of the NES content test(s) as an entry requirement into the secondary mathematics or science teacher credential program for the summer 2020 cohort. However, by state law, a teacher candidate must pass this test prior to being recommended for certification. Program supports will be made available to admitted applicants to meet this requirement during the 2020-2021 academic year.
