The Office of Undergraduate Education offers both Spanish placement testing and Spanish proficiency testing.
Makeup Testing
The Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) proctors individual makeup exams as a courtesy to UWT faculty and students. Makeup exams are designed for University of Washington Tacoma students who are unable to take exams at the time they are administered in the classroom, and for UWT faculty who require an alternate, secure test site to have exams administered.
First-Year Writing Survey
Students beginning their writing journey here at the University of Washington Tacoma can look forward to an introduction to academic writing in meaningful and exciting ways. Students choose one of two options after taking the required Writing Selection Survey.
