RISE Scholars - is a year-long cohort program designed for first-year students of color to get acclimated to campus culture, connect with campus resources and services, develop their understanding of their identities, and build community.
AAPI THRIVE RISE Community - is dedicated to celebrating and supporting students who identify as Asian American and/or Pacific Islander (AAPI). Students will explore identities of self, make connections, access academic support and practice personal wellness skills in order to persist and thrive at UW Tacoma.
