Eligibility

  • >3.0 high school GPA (or 2.5 college GPA)
  • Low-income as determined by the Student Aid Index (SAI) from the FAFSA
  • Admitted as First -Year student (first time college student, or transfer student with <45 credits)
  • Interested in STEM majors: Math, Biomedical Sciences, Environmental Science, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
  • Must be a US citizen, national, eligible noncitizen, or permanent resident. Washington state resident and non-resident status may apply. 

Receive

  • Scholarship award of up to $15,000/yr for four years
  • One-on-one faculty and peer mentoring and support
  • Early Fall Precalculus, Research experience, and STEM success courses
  • STEM living-learning community on campus
