The Office of Student Financial Aid operates on a cyclical schedule by quarter and by academic year. Our phones and drop-in advising hours will change throughout the quarter to adjust to the higher volume of student inquiries. The first three weeks of each quarter tend to be our high peak times for phone calls, emails and student visits.
If you are inquiring on the behalf of a student, they must provide their consent before we can release information protected under FERPA regulations. Students may authorize the release of their financial aid information on MyUW.
The Office of Student Financial Aid is located on the second-floor of the Mattress Factory Building, room MAT 206.
