How to Use
To estimate if you will receive a refund of financial aid or if you will owe a tuition balance, enter the quarterly Direct Costs from your tuition statement and your quarterly Financial Aid and Resources. Knowing the amount of remaining funds allows you to budget for Indirect Costs or plan for payment.
Part-Time Enrollment
Your financial aid offer reflects full-time enrollment. If you are enrolled part-time, the values of your aid offer may differ. Contact us by email at uwtfa@uw.edu, prior to the aid disbursement date for the quarter, and let us know your enrollment plans.
For questions about tuition statement charges, contact Student Fiscal Services (SFS).
Need to view or accept your financial aid offer? Watch the Financial Aid Status tutorial video for how.
Important Note Before Using
This tool only provides estimated figures to help students plan their quarterly needs. Estimates are based on the information entered and may not reflect your final financial aid eligibility or expenses. Because every student's situation is unique, final awards are determined through the Office of Student Financial Aid review process.
