The Office of Student Financial Aid will suspend all in-person advising beginning March 9th until further notice. For questions, please contact our office:

At this time our office is recommending students:
- Use our virtual services (live chat, email, and phone) during our regular office hours.
- Submit all documents electronically using the Secure Document Uploader located on our website below or use the electronic DocuSign form that can be found on our webpage under Financial Aid Forms.
- All requested documents can be found on our website and submitted electronically. Forms
- If you received a notification in your MyUW account about the requested documents, please check your MyUW email account for the corresponding email to that notification. The email provides students with a direct link to the documents being requested.
*NOTICE: Unfortunately for health reasons we are unable to accept verification documents via traditional mail or by fax. We encourage students to use our Secure Document Upload portal.
Submitting Financial Aid Documents
The Secure Document Upload Portal (SDUP) allows students to send documents to the University of Washington - Tacoma departments in a secure manner.
Google Chrome is the preferred browser. If you are using a non-Google Chrome browser and need technical assistance, please contact TACHelp at 253-692-4357
