“I was born and raised in Australia and always knew I wanted to travel and see the world. I began my journey by studying for my undergraduate degree in both Hawaii and North Carolina. After graduating I worked with the Education Channel in Florida. I attended Graduate School first in Italy and then New York. I lived in Italy for two years and while there I worked with American Students and led them on educational tours from Rome to Paris to London. After continuing my journey to the Pacific Northwest I worked with international students at Tacoma Community College and now call the University of Washington home working with undergraduate academic advising as an academic counselor. My favorite places to visit are Denmark, Scotland and France. My motto? A smile is worth a thousand words."

Hey y'all, I'm stylish, I'm neat! I'm popular and sweet! I'm dazzling, great hair, the boys all stop and stare! With all of that out of the way, I would like to say that I am currently in the Educational Specialist in School Psychology program here at UW Tacoma. Not only am I a SAM at the UAA office, I am also the Director of HSS.

Hi! I'm a Student Advising Mentor here at UW Tacoma in our University Academic Advising office, as well as the administrator for Husky Success Series. As an Arts, Media, and Culture major, I am passionate about the arts, but especially film and television. In and out of school I enjoy watching and analyzing films, and in my free time I love to read and craft.

Hi, my name is Rashan. I work at the University Academic Advising office as a Student Advising Mentor (SAM). I am a sophomore, and my intended major is computer engineering. As a student advising mentor, one of our tasks as a SAM is to show students resources available to them, such as MyPlan and DARS. A few fun facts about me are that I enjoy playing video games, exercising at the YMCA, and taking long walks. If you see me on campus, feel free to say hello!
