The University of Washington Tacoma features modern, well-equipped instructional and collaboration spaces in historic downtown Tacoma. We provide a wide range of spaces to meet your needs. Most of our spaces are considered "smart" spaces and are equipped with technology necessary for video and data presentations. You can get details and rental rates by browsing our spaces below.
All spaces must be approved and officially reserved/contracted for use. UW Tacoma is required by state law to charge for any non-UW Tacoma use of campus facilities (WAC 478-136).

Spaces designed for large-scale programs accommodating 100 to 300+ attendees (depending on configuration), with support for custom furniture layouts.
