The Center for Service and Leadership (CSL) is here to support students for more positive community interactions, whether it is through curricular or co-curricular programming. The CSL provides service-learning and leadership opportunities for UW Tacoma students that sustain mutual partnerships, expand learning, advance civic engagement, and contribute to the greater community. The CSL is here to help you find opportunities to serve and learn in the Tacoma community and surrounding areas.
The CSL comprises of two main programs:
Husky Volunteers - A program that gives recognition to student's volunteer work in their communities. Log existing volunteer work you already participant in, get involved with new opportunities, or learn more about volunteering in general.
Local Events - Service and Leadership themed events held on and off campus during the school year.
