Do you enjoy writing? Are you interested in what's happening around campus? Do you enjoy art and literature? The University of Washington Tacoma currently has two publications — a newspaper and a literary arts magazine.
The Ledger is the student newspaper of University of Washington Tacoma. It's written, edited, designed, and distributed by a staff of UW Tacoma students, and paid for by your quarterly student fees. A new edition is published every week, filled with news, events, arts, entertainment, sports, photos and opinions.
You can find print copies of the paper on campus, or read it online at www.thetacomaledger.com; a digest of headlines from the week are sent in an email newsletter to registered students each week.
If you are interested in a student job with the Ledger, be sure to visit UW Tacoma's Handshake page to search for job openings.
If you would like to submit a story idea, letter to the editor, or ask a question, email email@example.com or visit during office hours.
